Keepsake box With some Interesting CNC Details.

This week Im making a small keepsake box for my nephews Christening.

It is made from Teak, White oak and also has some CNC details made from Wenge.

Wenge is probably not the best wood for this job as it is quite brittle, keen eyes would have seen that two of the letters broke during the CNC operation but it was easyly fixed. However I really liked the contrast so I decided to use it anyway.

The box contains engraved cutlery from WMF, but the insides are removable and can but used in any way.
