Savarkar proposed two nation theory, Jinnah implemented it: CM Bhupesh Baghel

Raipur (Chhattisgarh), May 28 (ANI): While addressing Congress workers on Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru's death anniversary in Chhattisgarh’s capital city Raipur, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said, “Vinayak Damodar Savarkar had first thought of the two-nation theory. His theory was taken forward by Muhammad Ali Jinnah”.
