We’d been getting hints about the Mad Titan Thanos since all the way back in the movie Thor, when we spotted a fake Infinity Gauntlet in Odin’s vault. He’s been lurking around the Marvel Cinematic Universe for years and managed to wipe out half of all life in the universe with the help of the Infinity Stones. Even prior to Avengers: Endgame, things looked grim for our heroes ever since the decimation, but not only did we get to see Thor redeem himself by using Stormbreaker properly, but we also got to see Thanos die for good...or did we?

We’re going to be talking about some things you might not have noticed about Thanos perishing in Endgame. He seemed pretty unstoppable in Avengers: Infinity War and even the minds at Marvel Studios had trouble thinking about how our heroes were going to bring him down. Of course, we’re going to go over how Tony Stark finally brought him down with a cry of “I am Iron Man” and how things could’ve unfolded differently than we thought at first glance.

What do you think about the way we finally said goodbye to the Mad Titan Thanos in Avengers: Endgame? Do you think it was a fitting end to a villain who had been looming over the MCU for over a decade or did you think he deserved a better ending?
