YOUTUBE IS SHUTTING US DOWN. WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Hey Omeleto Family. My name is Allen and I started Omeleto. I'm making this video because we need your help: YOUTUBE IS GOING TO SHUT US DOWN.

Last week, YouTube terminated our Animation channel for "spam, scams or commercially deceptive content." Basically, that means their algorithm thinks that we're stealing and reposting other people's work.

That's absolutely, completely false.

We work with filmmakers and ALWAYS obtain written permission to upload every single film to our channels. We've never received a copyright or community strike. EVER.

We've done everything legally.

We've tried to appeal and explain to YouTube but all we get are automated replies that say that our termination stands.

So this is our last ditch effort.

We need your help to create enough noise on Twitter to get YouTube's attention to reinstate us. Otherwise all our channels, including this one, will be terminated.

Here's what you can do to help:

1. We've made a tweet to @TeamYouTube. Please retweet: with a comment like: "WTH YouTube?" or "Reinstate them. They did nothing wrong!"

2. Tweet at @TeamYouTube. Tell them they "wrongfully banned Omeleto Animation" and to reinstate us.

3. If you don't have Twitter, we've made a petition ( that you can sign and share on social media.

4. Tell anyone that has clout. Tweet to influencers. Post it on Reddit. Anything and everything to get YouTube's attention.

We started this channel as a way to bring quality films to you -- for free. But now, we need your help more than ever.
