Easy Vegan Lasagna

Easy Vegan Lasagna Today we will be making an easy vegan lasagna. This is one of my favorite things to make. I love it because it's so flavorful and easy.

Ingredients:

Sauce:
-2 TBSP of oil
-8 oz of mushrooms
-2 24 oz jars of sauce

Spinach Tofu Ricotta Filling:
-10 oz of frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
-1 lb block of firm tofu
-3 tsp Italian seasoning
-3 TBSP nutritional yeast
- salt to taste
- pinch of cayenne pepper

9 Lasagna noodles

I forgot to mention in the video that you'll want to make sure you're using firm tofu and to press out the water from that. You'll also want to make sure you squeeze out any excess liquid from the spinach once it's thawed. Thanks for watching!
