Myself and a young girl stopped to help an otter very alive , who had been hit be a car to take him to Florida Wild Mammal to be helped this man comes out of nowhere and stops saying he’s gonna take the otter Down the road for help ! We tell him that we are bringing him to Florida wild mammal association for help ! He then says “he’s dead “ grabs the otter by his tail and throws him hard into his truck ! Then as I continue to scream at him he grabs the otter again and throw him at me ! The otter did not survive ! PLEASE share this video !!!! This was in Crawfordville Florida
