Minister S Jaishankar's Statement in Rajya Sabha on India's victory in Kulbhushan Jadhav case

Making a statement in Rajya Sabha on July 18, 2019 External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar urged Pakistan to release Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav immediately. He said the verdict of the ICJ is not only a vindication for Jadhav but also for all those who believe in the rule of law. In a major victory for India, the International Court of Justice on July 17, 2019 ruled that Pakistan must review the death sentence for Jadhav, who has been sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court.
