Another channel I watch was using a HobbyStar battery for one of his flights, and I was curious about the brand. (I had no prior experience with them) After researching that brand of battery, I found they are sold by an RC vendor called RCJuice.com (along with amazon and a few other places)
I went to the RCJuice.com websitesite and looked at what they had to offer. I wound up ordering about $170 worth of batteries and a few other small items on my first order. My experience was very good, and I wanted to share my thoughts on them in this video, and the initial experience I have had with the HobbyStar brand of LiPo battery.
RCJuice provided exceptionally fast (and free) shipping, with fair prices on the products. I also traded a few emails with the owner John, when I had a few questions about my order, and he was very prompt with his reply's...…
I can recommend the company, based on my two orders I have placed, and the level of service I received.
As for the batteries - I want to get at least a dozen cycles on them before I can give a solid recommendation, but the early indicator is that they are a great value.
On my second order, I bought a SKYRC BD200 battery discharger (be watching for a review of that soon) and I had the same great experience with RCJuice.com
As an FYI, I was not compensated in any way for this review or recommendation, and the opinion I am providing is just that - my opinion based on my experience.
Give them a try, and let me know what you think....
