How do you start to distinguish between good touch and bad touch? Begin by describing what good touch and bad touch are. A ‘good touch’ makes you feel loved and cared for, whereas a ‘bad touch’ feels uncomfortable and causes distress. See it this way: good touch is when someone’s hands pat you on the back; bad touch is when their hands get ‘a little too friendly’ and start reaching down to your bottom.
