Team Event 6: Sprint Relay (11 am ET)
For time:
Sprint course relay
Team members will run the course as a relay, slapping hands to tag the next runner.
Teams will race against each other head-to-head in a 2-round bracketed tournament. Round 1 will have heats of 4, 4, and 3 teams, with the top 5 moving on to the final round.

Individual Event 6 - Sprint
(Women 11:30 AM ET/ Men 12 PM ET)
For time:
Sprint through the course
Athletes will race in heats of 5 for a 3-round bracketed tournament.
The first round will have 4 heats, the second round will have 2 heats, and five athletes will advance to the final round.
Places 1-5 will be awarded to the athletes in the final round, based on finishing order. Places 6-10 will be awarded to the athletes from the second round, based on their times. Places 11-20 will be awarded to the remaining athletes based on the time it takes them to complete the course in the first round.

Team Event 7 - Big Chipper
For time, working in pairs:
50 cheese curd cleans
50 box jump-overs
50 team axle-bar deadlifts
50 synchro GHD sit-ups
12 burpee Snail jump-overs
30 synchro GHD sit-ups
30 team axle-bar deadlifts
30 box jump-overs
30 cheese curd cleans
♀70-lb. curd, 30-in. box
♂100-lb. curd, 36-in. box
♀♂ 715-lb. deadlift
Time cap: 25 minutes
(Teams will advance after 25 reps of each exercise on the way down and after 15 reps on the way back.)
CUT TO 7 TEAMS
Individual Event 7 - Split Triplet
5 rounds for time of:
1 pegboard ascent
100 double-unders
10 single-arm dumbbell hang split snatches
10 single-arm dumbbell hang clean and split jerks
Women: 55-lb. dumbbell
Men: 80-lb. dumbbell
Athletes must alternate arms on each rep of the hang snatch.
Time cap: 20 minutes
(Both pegs must make it to the top row. Both pegs must come below red line before dropping.Must use opposite arm from lead leg on split movements.)
Individual Event 8 - Clean
For load:
1-rep clean
*Tiebreak with 5 reps for time
Women: 215-220-225-230-235-240-245-250-255-260 lb. with 195 lb. tiebreak
Men: 315-325-335-345-355-365-370-375-380-385 with 295 lb. tiebreak
(Athletes will lift in order of their placing (10th-1st), with the weight increasing each round. Each round, those who fail the lift will race through 5 reps at the tiebreak bar.)
