New Delhi, Aug 06 (ANI): Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad on Tuesday said in the history of India, we never have seen that kind of mistake what the Center did. The statement came after BJP-led government had announced that the state be bifurcated into two Union Territories, Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
