Slingshot band wrapped around lower thighs / right above knees but not AT knees. Back Elevated on 12 inch surface.
Elbows off, triceps and upper back on box. Lean box against wall if sliding occurs.
DB placed on hip crease, move db around to find the fleshy part of the hips.
Guide db with bands as you raise hips up and down.
Gaze between knees.
Thrust hips up and down.
Feel for hamstrings and glutes. A bit of abs too.
