The music score for Radiata Stories was composed by Noriyuki Iwadare. There are a total of 79 original soundtrack songs across two discs.

All of the songs in the original soundtrack have a specific time and place they are presented in the game, just like the typical RPG. A great deal of the tracks are unique compared to other RPGs apart from Tri-Ace sponsored games. They present a familiar 'home-like' feel.
