WELL KNOWN GOAN HISTORIAN PERCIVAL NORONHA NO MORE

Goa’s most prolific historian and chronicler of its past, Percival Noronha has passed away at the age of 96. He has served on high posts in many government departments. He was well known for his efforts in protecting environment and heritage of Goa. He is also well known for his work in astronomy. His last rites date and time has not been declared as most of his relatives are said to be abroad.
