So this should go over well...I am just going to come out with it: kettlebells are a poor training tool for bodybuilding
Why?
1. It is hard to develop tension when you swing something
2. They are clunky so when it comes to pressing you spend more energy balancing them vs actually training!
Please note: if you compete with kettlebells you certainly should use them!
