XFX RX 5700 paired with Ryzen 3600 in Resident Evil 2 useing DX 12

I got me an RX 5700 today and paired it with my 3600 on a 350B Mobo and this what RD 2 looks like in DX 12 1080p with High 2Gb textures added .

Thinking AB may be the issue with fan profile ramping up to high or not enough .
