#groundingflow #alignandshine #annamayakosha In this video we flow slowly to ground our physical energy for physical wellbeing during transitions and/or unsettling times. This is also the first of five videos of taking you through the journey of the Koshas; the five layers of the body.
In this slow flow we ground through the Annamaya kosha (the physical body), root into our first chakra; moladhara chakra and end with a seated meditation applying the Prana mudra and close with Shavasana.
I hope you enjoy it.
Some of this practice is inspired from the viniyoga tradition of Desikachar.
