MY Midnight Quiche:
3 Eggs/
3 cups grated SWISS & Cheddar cheese ( combined)
1/2 c onions/
8 oz. broccoli or spinach
1/ 2 c heavy cream/
1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese/ salt & pepper ( a dash) BAKE at 350 for 1 hour
Try This Recipe!!! ( I double this recipe and make one with spinach and one with brocoli)
