RAID ON GAMING HOUSE UNDER YADAGIRIGUTTA PS LIMITS, APPREHENDED – (16) PERSONS – SEIZED NET CASH Rs.4,09,190/-, (15) MOBILE PHONES AND (6) PLAYING CARD SETS



Acting on tip off, with the arrest of sixteen persons viz., 1) G. Somi Reddy, 2) T. Sudhakar, 3) V. Laxman, 4) P. Baskar, 5) M. Sriramulu, 6) B. Baskar, 7) A. Yadaiah, 8) M. Venkatesh, 9) K. Srinivas, 10) CH. Venkateshwarlu,11) G. Babu, 12) M. Sai Kumar,13) N. Narendhar,14) G. Krishna,15) M. Lingamurthi, 16) S. Srinivas Reddy all R/o. Yadagirigutta. The special Operation Team Bhongir Zone busted an indoor Gaming house at Jagadeeshwar Reddy Farm House (Mango garden), Outskirts Masaipeta (V) Yadagirigutta Mandal. The respondents were apprehended on 18.09.2019 at 1930 hrs.

BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE:

On 18.09.2019 at 1900 hrs received credible information that some persons are playing 3 cards gambling at Premises at Jagadeeshwar Reddy Farm House (Mango Garden), Outskirts Masaipet (V), Yadagirigutta Mandal and using the premises as common gaming house. On receipt of the above information immediately, B. Raju Inspector SOT Bhongir zone and his team raided the said Farm House and found the above (16) persons are playing 3 Cards gambling which is a game of chance and took them into custody, made searches and found net cash of which were kept in betting (15) mobile phones and (6) sets of playing card sets.



Police warned the gamblers, such activities are not tolerated in the limits of Rachakonda Commissionerate and round the clock police keep vigil on those activities and taking stringent legal actions against the gambling dens and gamblers.

The above arrests were made under the supervision of Sri Mahesh M. Bhagwat, I.P.S., Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda Commissionerate by J. Surender Reddy, Addl. Dy. Commissioner of Police, Special Operations Team, Rachakonda, B. Raju, Inspector SOT Bhongir Zone & Sri. S. Laxminarayana, SIP, and Staff of Special Operations Team and local police Rachakonda.
