Wow... did this just happen? First, lower your burn rate like crazy, then use the 4% rule. LeanFIRE is when you have 25x the amount of your yearly spending when spending in lean mode. This is when you know you are retired but with barebones spending. I talk about how I got here and how paying off my home was one of the catalyst that allowed such a crazy thing to happen so early.
