It is felt that Educational Institutions in Pakistan are providing good education but are not preparing students for the issues that they might face in their professional lives. It is believed that Universities should provide professional couching sessions to students of final year so that they do not feel rejected or dejected when they step into their careers as young professionals, especially female students.
