The Ultimax light machine gun was developed by James Sullivan for the Singaporean military, and it is the first mass-production machine gun to be designed with the "constant recoil" system in which the bolt never impacts the rear of the receiver and the recoil impulse is felt as a continuous push instead of series of rapid impacts. So, is it really as good as people say? Let's find out - and let's get more than one opinion on the question. Thanks to Mae and Othais at C&Rsenal for appearing in this video!
