#walmartpickup, #groceryhaul, #vlogtober2019 Today I have a walmart haul for you, plus some chit chat about how my workout and healthy eating plan is going, HINT: Not too well. I had every intention of eating healthier this week but got derailed yesterday by a big bag of Tootsie Pop and Tootsie Roll candy we bought for Halloween! I'm going to try to make up for it by making a healthy stew in the crock pot tomorrow - stay tuned for that video coming soon. I'm vlogging daily during Vlogtober about trying to stay fit over 50, simplifying my life after becoming an empty nester and just trying to live a better life in general.
