ACLU of MD shared Body Cam footage of Baltimore Police officers forcing residents to show ID and explain whereabouts before being allowed to enter their own homes or walk through their own neighborhood. This occurred after the shooting death of Officer Sean Suiter whose death is still a mystery as Med Examiner ruled it a homicide but MD State Police concluded it a suicide. Officer Suiter died one day before he was set to testify before a grand jury about the convicted drug dealing police officers of the Gun Trace Task Force.
