Report: Saudi Aramco to set IPO price range on Nov. 17

Saudi state-owned oil giant Aramco plans to announce the transaction's price on Nov. 17, Reuters reported Tuesday. The company will begin trading on the local stock market, the Tadawul, on Dec. 11, the broadcaster reported.
