Here's the second part of my slime shop advent calendar! I find the creativity from the slime community so inspiring. Each shop has a unique way of approaching slime. Some are very playful and offer handcrafted clay pieces to enhance the experience. Others focus solely on the texture and offer minimalist style slimes that can be enjoyed many times over. Others use slime as an aesthetic backdrop to illustrations or graphics. After making this video I have to say that buying slimes can easily become an addictive hobby! I can't stop checking out restocks and really thinking of making more clips just for Instagram or TikTok!
♥ Slime Textures ♥
Here's a guide (from shortest to longest) on how long a slime will stay good. This often depends on the water content, "thinner" slimes tend to deactivate quicker and turn sticky. The thicker and drier a slime is, the less likely it is to go bad. I find most cloud/jelly/butter slimes stay good for months, whereas glossy slimes will start turning sticky after a few weeks.
