Taking Volleyball Photos | Sporting Event Photography with the Canon M5 and M50

Taking Volleyball Photos | Sporting Event Photography with the Canon M5 and M50 I had an opportunity to take photos of a high school volleyball game. I can't remember a time where I took photos of some type of sport, so it sounded worth checking out. I was able to borrow a Canon EF 75-300mm f4-5.6 III lens, so I used that in combination with my Canon EOS M5, M50, 50mm f1.8 STM, the official Canon EF EOS M adapter, and the Viltrox EF EOS M2 0.71x speedbooster adapter. I had an EF-M kit lens, but that was used for video only. It was fun to try out taking photos at a sporting event. While this is a public game, I thought it best to obscure the faces of anyone in the photos or video that looked young. I hope you understand. I ended up taking most of the photos with the M5, Viltrox adapter, and the 75-300mm lens. In this video we go over how the photography went on a technical level.
