Former Washington Redskins running back Clinton Portis was one of ten former National Football League players that have been charged by the U.S. Justice Department (DOJ). These charges stem from what the DOJ is says was a defrauding of the league's Gene Upshaw NFL Player Health Reimbursement Account Plan, which is the financial back for former players. Read more here:
