Medway CCG multi-professional leadership programme

Medway is leading the way with many primary care initiatives. The mutli-professional leadership programme is one way that health care professionals working in Medway are supported.

Twelve delegates were trained during the programme's first year. After completing the programme three salaried GPs are now GP partners or considering partnerships and an assistant practice manager has been promoted.
