The ONLY 3 Lower Chest Exercises You Need For The 'Lower Chest Line'

The ONLY 3 Lower Chest Exercises You Need For The 'Lower Chest Line' In today's video I wanted to show you guys 3 lower chest exercises that will help you get the defined "lower chest line" that makes you look way more aesthetic. The problem is that most of your guys chest workouts are not activating the stubborn lower chest muscle fibers. The end result is a chest that looks small and not aesthetic. You need to put activation and overload on the lower chest muscle fibers that run downward, and not coincidentally you need to emphasize movements where your arms point at a downward angle. Lower chest exercise 1/3 is a lower chest emphasized dip, where you lean forward and don't lock out to take activation away from the triceps. Exercise 2/3 is a high to low cable fly, and I recommend that you perform this with constant time under tension. Exercise 3/3 is a standing press down, and is a great alternative if you don't have a decline bench, or decline machine at your gym. Make sure you screenshot the balloon method lower chest workout that I recommend at the end of the video, and if you enjoyed this video please share it with anyone trying to make gains and spread the knowledge! 👉🏻 The ONLY 3 Lower Chest Exercises You Need For The "Lower Chest Line" -
