Rum Cake

INGREDIENTS
Rum - 200 milliliters
Almonds - 2 tablespoons
Cashews - 2 tablespoons
Walnuts - 2 tablespoons
Hazelnuts - 2 tablespoons
Raisins - 2 tablespoons
Tutti frutti - 2 tablespoons
Butter - 200 grams
Powdered sugar - 200 grams
Eggs - 9
All purpose flour - 225 grams
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
Nutmeg powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
Oil - for greasing
Almonds - to taste
Cashews - to taste
Raisins - to taste
Butter - 50 grams
Water - 80 milliliters
Brown sugar - 125 grams
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 200 milliliters rum, 2 tablespoons almonds, 2 tablespoons cashews, 2 tablespoons walnuts, 2 tablespoons hazelnuts, 2 tablespoons raisins, 2 tablespoons tutti frutti and mix it well.
2. Soak for overnight.
3. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams butter, 200 grams powdered sugar and mix it well.
4. Then, add 9 eggs and whisk it well.
5. Now, add 225 grams all purpose flour in two portions and mix it well.
6. Add 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, prepared mixture and mix it well to make a thick batter.
7. Take the baking dish and brush it with oil.
8. Add some dry fruits in it.
9. Now, pour the prepared mixture in it.
10. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
11. Remove it from oven and keep aside.
12. Heat 50 grams butter in a deep pan, add 80 milliliters water and stir well.
13. Bring it to a boil.
14. Now, add 125 grams brown sugar and stir continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved.
15. Remove it from heat.
16. Pour the prepared syrup over the cake.
17. Garnish with dry fruits.
18. Cut it into slices.
19. Serve.
