Thyroid, especially in women, is a very very common ailment! Our hormones are such that the thyroid gland does get affected and for many women it could be due to stress, sometimes in pregnancy, at other times in menopause or at other times no particular reason but yes you are diagnosed all of a sudden with thyroid. A lot of you were asking me about weight loss and thyroid so here I am sharing my journey with you guys on how I have been combating thyroid and what my do's and dont's have been so far.....
