Transportation options at Bayanihan Terminal (SM Clark) explained.

Transportation options at Bayanihan Terminal (SM Clark) explained. This is the jeepney terminal I use most when visiting Astro Park and SM Clark. It also is the one most used by tourists and expats. There are four major transportation hubs in the SM Clark area. This one has the Angeles City and Clark enterprise (old military base) jeepneys. It also has rush hour bus service for Clark. This is also the transportation hub for Manila NAIA airport shuttles. There is also a taxi stand here, one of the few in Angeles City.
Some words about the taxi service here and the greater Angeles City area. They are generally much more expensive than other transit options. However,if you have baggage/luggage this might be your best/only option. There ARE private car or van services but this something that has to be arranged ahead of time. There have been significant changes in taxi service since I shot this video six months ago. Thanks to PhillyinthePhilippnes for highlighting these. There is a major taxi stand at Clark airport I forgot to mention in this video. The white taxis are the old standard option and they are not cheap and tend to overcharge. The new options is the BLUE taxis which just started operations recently and for now they are much cheaper than the white taxis. There also is GRAB and LYFT here now. They both are a much better deal. Please note the carry capacity is four people per taxi and this INCLUDES small children and babies. They are VERY strict about the four person rule.
Many things of interest to visitors and expats alike are very short walking distance away. Fields Avenue and Walking Street are two blocks south. SM Clark is about three blocks west. Astro Park is directly to the east.
