Race Soldier Yells "He Has A Gun" In Attempt To Shoot Unarmed Black Man

A man feared for his life while the local race soldier pointed a gun at him. The race soldier asked for the man to shut his car off then yelled he has a gun. The race soldier was lying in an attempt to shoot the man.
