It’s necessary for building highway, grade road, municipal road, airport, port, etc. LB series asphalt plant mainly consists of: cold aggregate supply system, drum dryer, burning system (oil burner, gas burner, coal burner and gas/oil burner), hot aggregate elevator, vibrating screen, weighing system, mixing tower, dust collecting system (gravity dust collector and baghouse dust collector, or gravity dust collector, cyclone dust collector and water dust collector), filler supply system, bitumen supply system, electric control system and finished asphalt storage bin.
According to the mixing mode, the asphalt mixing plant can be divided into batch production type and continuous production type. It can also be classified into stationary type, semi-stationary type and mobile type based on mode of transportation.
