Neighbor Harassing and Stalking Me

Brandy McKinney Bryant, Gilmans daughter helping him to harass, intimidate and annoy. Now this may seem like a trivial point, but if a person was being harassed as he claims, a normal person would park behind their "privacy" fence to avoid the person. So parking outside of his privacy fence, I take it as a subtle sign of agression towards me. Bc it appears to me he is doing this to annoy, intimidate and alarm, all elements of not just harassment, but stalking. I am down on the other side of my yard down an embankment, pulling and spraying weeds. I am unaware of him looking inside my car and staring at me with his typical narcissistic psychopathic, sociopathic death stare he gives.
