Tone Vays says $2000 BTC before 2024 -- why I don't agree

Tone Vays says he is not convinced we are out of the bear market and says bitcoin will reach $2000 by the 2024 halvening of Bitcoin. I think we will get to the ATH before the 2020 halvening and don't think we will drop to 2k before 2024.
