My reaction to the 500 pesos Aid of Mayor Isko Moreno for PWDs in Manila!♿

I am happy and grateful for this new city ordinance for PWDs of Manila.🔥❤️
I hope every recipient would be grateful for the assistance that they are going to receive for the year 2020. I am happy for my co-PWDs residing in Manila and I am happy as well as this is a start for PWDs to be treated fairly and treated to have different needs. I know this Aid will help those in need and are financially not capable especially for medicine and for daily needs.
THUMBS UP MAYOR ISKO And all the Gov't official of Manila! Looking forward that this ordinance may be carried out to those who are in need.
