An lb. or 2 of chicken breast. A couple of bell peppers, an onion, and a pineapple.
For the marinade, they went with maple brown sugar, (Regular brown sugar works.) Soy Sauce, minced garlic, a can of crushed pineapple, olive oil, and some ketchup. Marinate for atleast 2 hours. Over night for best results.
