On this episode of the 20 Dollar Chef, Shaun is joined by special guests, Cody Ko. and Noel Miller. These dudes are so popular and they are funny! Together, they talk about their huge, pretty much sold-out, ” Tiny Meat Tour.” They have just added more cities, after already rocking 50 plus cities this year.
They also made some delicious Baked Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs.
An lb. or 2 of chicken breast. A couple of bell peppers, an onion, and a pineapple.
For the marinade, they went with maple brown sugar, (Regular brown sugar works.) Soy Sauce, minced garlic, a can of crushed pineapple, olive oil, and some ketchup. Marinate for atleast 2 hours. Over night for best results.
Check out when they hit your city at www.TinyMeatTour.com!
