NASA's Lunar Orbiter Captures Images Of Vikram Lander Landing Site| Mathrubhumi News

Bengalurur: NASA's lunar orbiter captured the images of the landing site of Chandrayaan-2's Vikram Lander in the southern polar region of the lunar surface where it attempted soft landing on September 7 and subsequently went missing, sources report. NASA is analyzing the images captured by the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter on September 17. Meanwhile, the ISRO may drop its efforts to re-establish telecommunication with Vikram Lander.
