For Senate Blue Ribbon Committee Chair Richard Gordon, the latest revelations in the hearings are enough to prove Philippine Police Chief Oscar Albayalde was indeed involved in the questionable 2013 Pampanga drug raid although he admits, there is no hard evidence to pin Albayalde's direct involvement in the alleged drug recycling activities, Gordon believes all the circumstantial evidence are there-- enough to charge Albayalde in court.
