The 2 Heritage units, P42 #184 and P40 #822 brought the Baggage car-less California Zephyr #5 into Fort Morgan at 0608 MST (1 hr. 4 min. late) today Threw my car count under the bus today. The conductor stopped the consist at car 6 of 7 for a quick session of passenger service (1 on). With the new fare safely onboard the highball was given and the Zephyr moved out towards Union Station on a clear signal at west Ft. Morgan. My thanks to the crew for the toot and the wave.
