Virginia man adopts roads as 'President Trump Fan Club' in historically blue county

Along hundreds of roads in Virginia, drivers will see blue "Adopt a Highway" signs scattering the sidelines. Four of them--in traditionally blue Fairfax County--bear the name "President Trump Fan Club."
