China's UN envoy: 'Imperative' Security Council ease sanctions on DPRK

China's UN ambassador said it is imperative the Security Council ease sanctions on Pyongyang in a bid to support talks between Pyongyang and Washington. There is growing international concern that the DPRK could resume nuclear or long-range missile testing.
