My personal recording from an International Webcam of Flashing Sun Phenomena occurring in Palestine, Texas on November 21, 2019 at 3:14p.m...Again, this strange Phenomenon of the Sun Flashing is occurring in Palestine, Texas this time... certainty people there would have noticed this, right? I have captured so many of this Flashing Sun Phenomenon I honestly lost count by now...but as you see in this video, as I remotely turn the camera away from the Sun, it still was flashing coming from one central location, creating a shadowing across the land. The light source "Flares Out" directly from the Sun, illuminating the clouds around it,...and it eventually stopped towards the end of this video, could it be happening, only in a different light spectrum that our own eyes can't see, but the camera can or can it be an over exposure of the light mechanism of the webcam's, or maybe it's something else???...I'll be updating my playlist- (SPIRIT SPIRITWATCHER178/Flashing Sun vids.).
