Hi, I am Elizabeth and I'm a qualified Health and Wellbeing specialist. Over the years I have attained my BSc Microbiology and molecular science and two masters degrees in health and Public Health/Nutrition, I am also three years into a Public Health PhD🎓My research focuses on improving health and wellbeing at population level through mechanisms such as sugar reduction and modifiable lifestyle risk factors (so improving health through nutrition, exercise, sleeping, stress, and the design of health promoting and health protecting lifestyles – basically the wider influences that can impact our health and how to create lifestyles the offer protective effects to ensure long term health). I have worked in this field for about 15 years now and I am more passionate about it every day!
