Stubborn Jiggers on Musa and Andrew - they're giving us hell of a time

We don't know what happened for the three brothers to develop mental issues, but their lives are hell on earth, Were it not for their sister who was married close by, and who cooks for them and does everything for them, they would have died, all three of them. RUS got to them, and met the jigger challenge that's proofing hard to deal with because the guys cannot maintain hygiene. We plan to keep pushing until we overcome the jigger in that home.
