Parliament directs UCC to investigate Pr Bugingo’s utterances

Governement has directed the Uganda Communications Commission to investigate the conduct and utterances of Pastor Aloysius Bugingo.


Acting Information Minister Dr Chris Baryomunsi informed the parliament, following complaints from female legislators over Bugingo’s recent utterances about his wife.

Meanwhile, the Minister for Ethics and Integrity, Simon Lokodo says he will be tabling the bill to regulate the conduct of religious leaders next week:
