The chimney is complete except for the damper which is on order. The height is to code (2 Foot taller than the height of the tower, the house tower shown to the left was never supposed to be as tall as it was, it was extended vertically to accommodate fitting the air handler). The tower and chimney being much smaller would have been preferential, but I have to work with what I inherited here.
