30 MINUTE FAT BURNING CARDIO HIIT | No Repeat | Low Impact Modifications Included | Tracy Steen 30 MINUTE FAT BURNING CARDIO HIIT Woot! This was fun and fast! But, a little more strenuous than the other recent cardio hiit workouts I've done because the format in this one is 60 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest. Because it's a no repeat workout, I want you to be at each exercise a good amount of time! Ok, let's get ready to sweat!

Format: 60 sec work/15 sec rest
You will need: no equipment, towel, water, yoga mat

Workout:
Warm up included

Duck under squat jump
4 Mt climbers, 2 jacks
2 jabs, 2 jacks
Jumping hooks
Diagonal ice skaters
Fast feet 1/4 turn
Butt kick front punch
Predator jacks
Criss cross front squat
Reverse lunge squat combo
Mat hops
Front kicks
Scissor jump jack
Front lunge hop
Burpee jab
Uppercut hop
Pushup bear hop
Cardio kicks
Squat reverse high kick
Burpee shuffle
Candlestick
